How Our Referral Program Works
STEP 1. Fill out The form to have one of our REALTOR specialist contact you
Fill out the form if you’ve had a challenging property in need of repairs/isn’t market ready or have a client that is likely to struggle with showings. Trust that your client will be well-served by referring them to Homestead Road, serving the Twin Cities Metro area since 2007. We’ll gladly handle all these type challenges in a caring, compassionate, and professional way. We buy single family homes, multi-family properties, condos, townhomes, cabins, and raw acreage.
STEP 2: we will contact you to understand the situation and discuss details of the transaction
Complete form to have one of our REALTOR® referral program representatives contact you within 24 hours. Our offers are “non-contingent.” We will respect and honor any and all of your client/REALTOR® relationships.
STEP 3: get your referral fee
If your customer chooses to sign a purchase agreement with us, we’ll pay you for the referral which will be a minimum of $1,500 or 1.5% of the property purchase amount. Referral incentive will be written into purchase agreement and will be paid at property closing by title company directly to broker of record and included in ALTA statement.
